Hey there, I would like to know how to block G analytics to track my visits, so that I can actually see what's going on, on my site.

Add a filter in Analytics saying to block a specific IP address (your own).

Yeah, that's really the only way to do it. If you have a dynamic IP, I think you can block the range too.
