Whats the Quickest Way to Get Your Backlinks Indexed?

Hey Guys,
I have been recently been building some backlinks from high pr blogs and forums but for some reason i can't manage to get any indexed. I started building them about a week ago and tried indexing them using: Pingdevice.com, Ping-o-Matic, pingler and bulkping. Why is it so hard for these to be indexed?

could some give me one of their strategies to index their backlinks?

Are you using Google to see if your links are indexed? Google is notorious for not displaying every backlink.

i set up a free account to explore it abit and to be honest found it to be a bit confusing...

could you explain how you use it to me in a message or over skype or something?

Pinging helps but it isn't a complete indexing strategy. It also depends on how many links you need indexed/day - a few, dozens, hundreds? Here are some indexing strategies:

1) Backink Energizer - there is some upfront investment (you'll want to buy some domains for self-hosted WP sites), but it can be quite effective. There is also some upkeep with the sites you post the links on. You'll want to ping and backlink the web properties you use somewhat frequently to keep indexing rates up

2) A Paid service - there is a really great post by another Warrior comparing indexing services here: Backlink Indexing Service Comparison Case Study -. This is going to be more $$ in the long run, but much less work for you

3) Tiered RSS feed submission - a free and hands-on method for indexing. Use HTML to RSS Feed Creator and Aggregator, easily create rss feeds by Peter Drew to convert a list of links into an RSS feed. Make a few of these, submit them to a bunch of RSS feed directories/aggregators. Take these RSS feed links and make a new RSS feed with these links again in html2rss.com. Submit this master rss feed to the directories.

[Master RSS Feed] -> [RSS Feeds with your backlinks] - > [Backlinks] - > [Your site]

If you are checking your links in site explorer and they are still not showing up you can use many methods to get them indexed. However if your links are on high pr pages and you are not talking about the pr of the domain, you should just let them get indexed normally.

When I kept up with it I would get between 50-70% indexation (based on a few 100 link samples). However, I stopped pinging, meta indexing, etc. the sites and the indexing rates dropped to very low natural levels. If I built stronger links to the web properties the indexing would probably still be high, I also prob pushed too many links per day on the sites.

I am using tom's backlink booster for a few months and I get about 40-50% links indexed. Although I am still not sure if there are really difference between indexed and crawled.

There is a difference between the two, indexed being more valuable, but they aren't really cost effective. Crawling alone can get you indexed but more importantly it can get you ranked. Its easier to throw a 100 pennies at a site then take those same pennies, drive to the bank, turn it into a 1 dollar bill and then throw that dollar at the site. They are both just a dollar, one takes more work.

When you put things individually side by side..ONE dollar is worth more than ONE penny...but its easier to get 100 pennies than it is ONE dollar...make sense?

The problem is people aren't ranking and so they are desperately trying to grab onto anything that can measure their success; e.g. page rank, pages being indexed. But the truth is, you don't need either of these things to be ranked.

I use an indexing service. They charge about $17 a month, and you can submit 200 links per day. Works pretty well for me and its well worth the money considering it means your links will actually get found.

there is a "waiting window" which i called..simply just carry on building links to it..you will slowly see the result...for eg on the 4th week...you will see links that you have build on week 1 getting index and so on...

by building it this way, you will have a constant flow of backlinks for each week which help in your website..

Backlinks are what you need, from services like Linkilicious, Backlink Enegizer or other equivalents. I'd recommend not wasting a ton of time though as most people spend FAR too much time trying to index links rather than building new ones.

Not all links are gonna get indexed, thats just the nature of the game.

Be patient. Since these are high PR blogs and sites, they will be indexed soon, Instead of pinginging , focus on getting more quality links and let the old links get cached naturally.

Because it demonstrates that the link can actually be crawled as a normal operation of the search bot. the problem with artificially backlinking your links is that it assumes that once the link is indexed it will forever remain in the database. Pagerank updates prove that that is not true (or a page would never lose PR).

Back in the day when I used profiles, I would build a list of hyperlinks on a single page, then backlink that new page with a single high PR link, worked every time & keeps the low PR links in the loop (without pinging).

I've moved on to only higher PR authority links, it's just less work...

Countless people ranking pages with both profiles and other links - if we could all get the amount of quality links that always get indexed - guess folks wouldnt be here wasting cocktail hours kibitzing on the forums - theyd be spending their bundles of cash and having fun.... but in the real world where certain niches require aggressive linking and more than a few links from pages that get crawled frequently ... it'd be nice to ONLY do links on pages that get indexed every day .. but thats NOT THE only valid method. And profiles are NOT the only scenario for link/page indexation methods.

Setting up a system that points hundreds of links automatically at a low quality page/link that doesnt normally get indexed or crawled - in a great many instances - like hundreds of thousands - has been successful at anchoring profile pages - blog posts that roll off home pages etc ... in the google index and cached - for extended periods of time.

if I can take an in content link on a blog page or a blog post on a page that rolls off deep into the bowels of the blog site - these often initially get indexed - then fall out - and get a new / different URL than the one google usually finds first crawl of the blogs home page. Now I take that actual url of that post thats deep in the blog/site and Energize it - the actual page gets a couple hundred backlinks and it gets indexed and cached and helps prevent the dreaded burst of new links that quickly roll off page 1 of blogs and simulate link decay.

Even the people at linkliscious indicate they can rank pages with Drip Feed Blasts XR runs and their mass ping / crawl link services. Its been illustrated 1000's of times - why its still an argument that the way - the RIGHT way is YOUR way - the way you believe is "quality" links.

Quality = subjective to many different people ...

It gets tired.

What matters is - what gets pages ranked.

He didn't. The Op did. Your question I responded to was not to the OP.

Oh so thats your objection. Me calling profile links low quality? Sorry Steve thats well established. Want to get going on that again then tell me what happened to the "backlinks" serps. Nobody is in the top five over there anymore using just profile links and its the number one term that was used to sell profile backlinks. Check the backlinks and you see bought links and domains galore. If yoou can't rank using profile links alone in that serp then wheres your point?

Thats one sure way to determine how weak the profile backlinks are and I have no way to do things. I don't run a search engine but the guys that do? well one of them has ONE of many ways of determining quality called pagerank. Go argue with them what it means when they assign a N/A to profile links and keep them that way almost forever without desperate attempts to bolster them up.

Totally agree. Thats right and thats why Profile backlinks are weak because you rarely if EVER see them in any truly competitive niche where there is NON imer business competition. You have to go long tail or porn etc to make a good case for them being quality by themselves and that fails. As illustrated even in the "backlink" industry the top sites are utilizing better links to get ranked. Wonder why?


P.S. what is really tiring is claiming that a "Quality" link has to be boosted or energized. Its like saying a strong healthy man needs a defibrillator to wake up.

My solution to this is using a back linking service such as backlinksenergizer or some link blasting service tht sends a few hundred or even thousends low quality back links to my created links for short period of time.

Effective method that works very well.

Another +1 for #1 Rated Backlink Indexing Service | Index Backlinks | Backlinks Indexing to Boost Your Rankings I tried a few of the other services like mass pinging, etc but nothing worked very well. I don't have the time for worrying about indexing rates so I just drip them at BLI and get some really great results. Good luck with finding the best solution for you.

Indexed links are more valuable only if they had PR1 or above, low quality backlinks doesn't seems to have much differences even if they get indexed.

Beside Linklicious, Nuclear Link Crawler is a good alternative. And among the owner-building indexing network, I say Backlink Energizer is one of the best.. Although it takes time to setup, but they do work well!

the best way to get all of your links indexed is by creating a master RSS feed from the urls where your backlinsks have been placed on.. so follow the next steps right?

1. Set up a notepad file with your backlinks´s urls (if its a backlink from a blog comment.. copy that ulr where the comment was posted by you on the notepad file) and just do the same with the rest of every backlink of yours.

2. Go to "feedage.com/html2rss" and sign up there if you dont.. once this being done.. use the "bulk html2rss converter" tool-.. this´ll allow you to convert many urls into one RSS feed.

3. Submit the newly returned RSS feed on some of the most popular RSS directories on the net.. for instance.. feedage.com..just google either "most popular rss directories" or "most popular rss agretators" and you will be given with some relevant search result for this purpose.

4. Once you submit the rss feed, Google and other search engine promptly will notice your backlinks´ urls and thus.. they would be properly indexed.

If you are building backlinks to a wp blog - Matt Lewis [ aka Maximizer Matt ] has a plugin called Pingback Optimizer - that automates this process for you when a backlink / page with your backlink on it pingbacks to your blog.

It rolls all the urls where the posts with your links are and creates rss feeds and submits - auto-magically.

It also generates a text based list of the urls you can then send to other applications like Backlink Energizer to rock them even harder.
