Question on Points for Links Sites

I posted 10 links on TraffUp, it's basically a site that let's you keep links on it as long as you have "points". You get points from clicking on other people's links they have posted there. I'm wondering if this is helping my website's PR/traffic at all or is it just a complete waste of time?

Don't put adsense on the sites.

Sounds like a junk link farm. Might help traffic, (doubtful) but
it sure won't help PR. Be careful of where your links come from.
