Would anyone please critique my site ?

I have tweaked and messed about with my site, but is there any kind of critique service, or best practice ?

Otherwise I am only really taking a stab in the dark at what people are looking for, which is personalised to my own preferences and ideas.

Would anyone be able to come up with suggestions of how I can improve it , make it look more professional and improve conversions?
