Default namesco domains up for renewal costs are expensive ?

I have been using namesco to register domains and forward them to a cheaper host.

The renewal costs are £40 for a .com for 2 years and £20 for .co.uk .A fair bit dearer than the 6 pounds odd to first register, is this a competitive price or should I transfer them to another registrar ?
if so who ?

They would be a lot cheaper if you moved them to Godaddy. I don't think you are paying less for the initial registration than you can get them for on Godaddy with a coupon. Not sure of the exchange rate.

From my experience, most of the registrars have very similar pricing - have a look for Namesco voucher codes (vouchercodes.eu/uk/namesco.co.uk) to make sure you get the best deal possible.
