Would my site become a link farm?

I have an idea i am thinking of. It would involve storing url's in a database but only calling them once the page is generated via php. Can google still crawl this page eventually seeing i had hundreds of links. Even though this page does not actually exist until its called.?

Not exactly sure what you are trying to do but yes Google crawls dynamic pages just fine. If not then no shopping cart sites or wordpress blog would be getting indexed as they all use dynamic pages.
