Although majority websites look same in their system, they still somehow achieve high PR ranking. After I purchased about 6 backlinks varying from PR4-PR6, I started to see results immediately. One thing you may want to pay attention is that not every PR ranking on their system is correct. So check the url before you purchase.

After contacting one of the people offering high PR domains I am going to have to recommend that everyone exercise EXTREME caution. Buying High PR domains from individuals on forums is a very iffy practice. there are all kinds of scams. Fake PR and in the case I just experienced attempts to sell Highh PR sites that are being propped up by bought links that you have absolutely no assurances will continue to be pointed at your site after the purchase.

Thats right. You can check for fake PR do everything right and if you do not check the backlinks closely then you can end up after purchase with a domain that says PR5 (as this person tried to sell me) right up to the next Google update where it might shrink to PR 2 or worse without any warning because the links that made it a PR5 are all turned away to another site
