Default How can i tell my keyword density?

hey warriors

i need some help in how to determine my keyword density
in my content

how would i know without any automated software telling me

is there a simple formula

i tried to submit one of my articles to ezine but one of the reasons they said
it got rejected was i was using my keyword to many times

some assistance plz thx

Guess I do it the hard way...

I normally just hit Ctrl+F and find all of the times that my phrase appears in my post/article/whatever

Then its just math (5 times in a post of about 500 words is 1%)

I know that's not completely accurate if its a phrase, but its good enough for government work

if you're on wordpress, SEO Pressor is a great plugin that will tell you everything you need to know about on-page seo.

To manually figure it out it's just math like the guy above stated.

Well, you can find formulas in wikipedia, for automated way try seoquake.

You could:

A) Look into Clickbump SEO! or some free keyword density analysis tool, or
B) Decide that since 'keyword density' is, for the most part, largely irrelevant nowadays in G's eyes due to its manipulatable qualities, you shouldn't really worry about it...
