|  Why are adsense ads Inactive?
I have logged into my adsense account and have found some of my adsense ads inactive. I know that a few of them that I simply took off my sites. However there are some that I never took off my site, are still showing on my site, but are showing inactive in my adsense account. I normally use 2 adsense blocks per site, but my account is showing that 1 of the ad units as inactive on a few of my sites. Can anyone explain why this would be? No advertisers at the moment? Maybe someone here can help out with this. Thank you all. Todd |

They are marked as inactive if they receive no impressions for a certain timeframe. I dont know what that amount is but I think its a month. So if you have ad code on a page that gets no views, then it too will be marked inactive. Its not a big deal, its just telling you that its not getting shown. |
