SEO Pressor score

I've heard some people say that if you get a 100% score with SEO Pressor then Google could deem this as keyword stuffing. Is this true?

I got a 100% score and the keyword density is 3.13%. Is this a good density or should I lower it down?

Not sure about SEO Pressor but 3.13% is perfectly acceptable for keyword density.
