What will be the result..?

Hello,
My cousin got ban from Adsense but after one or two weeks, he sign up again with some revenue sharing website, I don't know which one.
He uses his same name as before but he had made some changes in address, like first was BHAG APPT., Flat No-100 and now he edited and made like this Flat no-100, Bhag appt..
I want to know, will this be result in BAN from adsense????

I believe that is very much similar to the banned account and could very much get banned as well.

I don't know and never experienced it but can say if you change your bank account details and if you had changed name, that would be the better option to survive...
