Littlebit confuse about SEO

i am confuse i daily check my keywords but some time some new website coming on top and those website is only 1pages website and then 3 or 4 days latter they wil disappear from google what is this?

new websites need time to stabilize, otherwise rankings jump all over the place

also Google may give you a temporary "new article" boost

I took a quick look at your site desertsafaridubai.net. I noticed a couple things with a brief glance.

1. You DO NOT have your main keyword phrase in your description.
2. You have a lot of links however, they are not very diverse. The search engines discount multiple links from the same website.

I use linkvana for high quality back links and linxboss for high volume.

Yes inbound links are critical but with out decent on page SEO, it will be hard to rank.
