What local business names are more valuable to register??

I have mesahotel dor net ; do you think that has any value ??

Mesa is a city in USA Arizona with 440000 peoples .

There is much debate about domain suffixes but the general conclusion is .com as it is more trusted and mainstream.

.net does not have the same value as a .com domain, and domain sales prove it.

This would be difficult to accurately determine, because the value of a domain is only based on what someone else will pay to own it.

With geo specific domains, you may find a dentist is Chicago that will pay $1000 for ChicagoDentist.com, while you may not be able to sell AtlantaDentist.com for more than $100. That's just one example, but again, it's based on the perceived value of those you are trying to sell the domain to.

I would suggest that any suffix that would give you many options to resell the domain could be worth your time. Do your research before you decide to buy a geo domain for a specific city. Make sure you have plenty of potential buyers and their contact information.

Top occupations that would love to have their own spot on the web (as well as THE domain for their city and career) could include banks, florists, plumbers, dentists, lawyers, and photographers, just to name a few.

If you have country specific domain extension, that will be more beneficial that targeting geographic region in domain name.

There is no harm in getting geographic domain name like mesahotel dot net... its like targeting any other keyword in your domain.
