Are there any affordable tools to create backlinks?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any tools, free or cheap, that would create backlinks without dozens of hours of tedious work.

I saw something about a WP Plugin that created backinks but could not find website, if someone could give me that it would be greatly appreciated

Scrapebox is your best bet.

Scrapebox is good, but does still require a bit of effort and if you use it incorrectly, then you're going to get banned fast.

I use a mixture of automated and manual methods to link building. SEnuke X is awesome IF used correctly and I have gotten sites to page 1 getting 150+ uniques a day just with SEnuke.

IM Power Suite..I have it, very affordable, low monthly fee, and he keeps updating it. It was offered as a WSO recently, just search and see if you can find it. Let me know if you can't.

cheapskate - ScrapeBox

Once you've gotten the hang of it you'll wonder how you ever went without it. I rarely use it to blast thousands of blogs at once. Though this is its most well known feature.

ScrapeBox works! I highly recommend it. It is affordable and effective.

If you've got some money then go for SenukeX or SEOLinkRobot.
