Default newbie question: SEO for mixed keywords in url?

Hi

Can I mix keywords while optimizing my url? as a fictitious example:

I am working to SEO my domain for [electric guitar music] which has 12k monthly searches and [fender music] which is next best keyword and has 4k monthly searches. Suppose electricguitarmusic and fendermusic are both taken.

shall i buy a domain like bestelectricfenderguitarmusic and still be well optimized for both keywords above? Or am i better off just using bestelectricguitarmusic?

this is basically for an amazon review blog site.

I tried and it was hard to optimize but doable. I was targeting 3 keywords, 2 in page 1 and 1 in page 2 now. It could be the reason they are not top 1 yet.
