You can give the removal request through Google webmaster tools.

Its called reputation management and you cannot ask Google to remove those results as Google only remove results on the basis of legal right like copyright issues.

Your site is already staying at number 1, and if you want to remove those 2 results from top 10 then you have to create more websites or web 2.0 targeting this keyword. Your keyword is not very competitive and your new sites will be in top 10 soon. Don't forget to use different IPs for each site so that there may be no footprint as Google don't like 10 sites at same page from a single person.

You can do this by using free web 2.0, but such web 2.0 are not under your full control. Such web 2.0 are on authority sites, so can ranked easily. But on the other hand it may takes your long tail traffic for your main site.

Now make a decision and move with it.

Are you talking about the complaint at #2? That is not spam and Google is not going to remove it.

Unless you can get the customer to remove the post the only thing you can do is rank some other pages above it so that it falls off the first page. I have done this for a couple of clients and it is a pretty fair amount of work.
