Hi..

Due to google panda many of my sites are got affeted but they all are quality content then also...but now what to do, how to work to get top 10 ranking ??

Perhaps its time to write content with quality content Mixed in with quality backlinks as well?

Go to Webmaster tools and make a request for reconsideration of affected website to google.

^^ I think there is no benefit of making request for reconsideration. Because such requests are only effective for manual penalty like if only your site has been penalized and it will not work good in case of Panda Algo.

It all comes down to getting better quality backlinks.

Try some article spinning or best... rewrite the whole article using your own elaboration... try to make it as unique as possible =)

some killer tips:

1) reduce bouncerate on your sites
2) remove/nofollow/noindex thin and crappy low quality pages on your sites
3) increase CTR in the serps (E.g use crazy call to actions and stuff in your page titles)
4) provide more value on your site (increase users onpage time)
5) interlink your website with proper anchor texts
6) use a privacy policy, about us, contact us, google maps location, SSL, address/phone number, images, subtiles, paragraphs, bulletpoints etc etc (all "possible" added quality factors you can think of)
7) more in content quality links with good anchor text variation.

Simply building more backlinks doesn't work for Panda!

Google is now taking into account how real visitors behave when they
see your site.

Nossie is the one who gave the right answers - especially #1 and #3.
I can confirm that a good CTR and a below average bounce rate
definitely has a positive impact on your rankings.

For some reason nobody seems to understand this.
People try to solve every problem through brute force link building.
This won't help.

Look at your web stats and compare your numbers to other successful sites.

Let's get more concrete:
- Get a bounce rate below 40% (if you target US visitors)
- try to keep your visitors 5 minutes or longer on your site (again for US visitors)
- Check out your Google SERP CTR in Google webmaster tools (not analytics)
see if your CTR is better or worse than the norm for the average SERP position your have
(example: if you are in SERP position 5 your CTR should be 6% or better)
