I cannot find the Google Wonder Wheel any longer? I've tried different browsers, turning off instant search, and everything else I can think of. Anyone else having this problem? What is an alternative way to find good LSI keywords?

Yeah, it seems to have vanished. I used it fairly often to find LSI keywords for my content. I'm hoping it eventually makes a comeback.

If you do a search for a term and put ~ in front of it (as in ~dog) Google will give you the results showing all the options that they deem relevant. In this case dog, dogs, canine, breed, puppies, Dogg (yeah, OK they don't always get it right....)

I noticed its absence a week or so ago. It's a shame it is gone, it was a useful tool. Too bad Google changes out products like most of us change clothes. It can be annoying for sure.

Yep - Google killed it. I believe that the general public didn't use it and far too many SEO'rs were benefiting/abusing the tool. Back to Google's Adwords tool |

it hasn't gone, but it is hidden. From what I read, if you turn off Google Instant, you will get The Wonder Wheel. I have not figured out how to turn off the Google Instant as none of the instructions make sense to me or I can't find what they tell me to do on the page they tell me to go to. See if you can figure it out. http://www.google.com/support/forum/...994554c5&hl=en |

Yeah I read the same thing. I turned it off, but of course it didn't work. It's gone completely for now. Maybe they will bring it back one day, but I doubt it because the average user doesn't use it and probably doesn't even know what it is.

Yes, Google has declared that wonder wheel and also Google Real time Search gone. Wonder wheel was a good tool. I also wondered why Google removed it. |

I received this sad news right from my inbox. I really hope they will still bring it back. Its such a waste to put such a great feature hidden from the people who needs it most. Andrea |

I guess they removed it because it was so good and they feel it affected their search engine from people who tried to control search results and who collected keywords to use for keyword spamming/tagging. They might sell the results as a service. Who knows? ![]() Ross |

I loved that tool. I use Market Samuri and all the other programs but the Wonder Wheel was just plain simple. Hate to see it go, Hopefully these Google Circles will turn into something as good if not better.

You can use "Related Searches" on the search results page to do something similar. Search for something. On the left nav click "More Search tools". Under all results, click "Related Searches" Now at the top of the page you will get LSI kewords you can click on and generate new keywords. |

If you want to be able to see Google’s Wonderwheel, you will have to disable Google’s new feature “Google Instant.” To do this, click on “Search Settings” link located at the top right hand corner of Google’s homepage: ![]() Then, disable “Google Instant” by checking the radio button that says “Do not use Google Instant” ![]() Finally, Click on the “Save Preferences” button and you should be ready to go. To check if Google’s Wonderwheel is enabled already, do another search in Google and press enter. Go head and click on the “More Search Tools” link located in the left column of Google’s organic results. You should be able to see “Wonder Wheel” link. |

I managed to disable Google Instant. But still cannot see the wonder wheel option after clicking 'more search tools' on the left. Seems that it is gone, at least for now.

Here's another Google Wonderwheel alternative that isn't widely known about. I'm talking about Google sets On the Sets search page you can type in up to 5 related terms. ![]() The results it gives you are different to what you get with "related searches", but that's a good thing as it can potentially unlock some new niches. ![]() |

Although Wonderwheel was available, I have a feeling that it had limited usage by IMers only. Of course, someone running a Google search would not even be interested in it, and I don't see how it could have been abused, but if were only generated for IMers, then perhaps Google realized it was too valuable and too revealing to continue giving such relevant information. Google Sets looks pretty interesting, and I'll be using it now. |

| While doing some research for "Wonder Wheel" alternative I came across the "Wiki Summarizer". It looks to be quite an effective tool for locating LSI keywords and identifying niche concepts as well.

Heres my findings as of today... As part of phasing out Google Labs, Google Sets was shut down September 5, 2011. Boy they sure are putting the sqeeze on us anyway they can!! |
