Blogroll links not in Webmaster tools or Yahoo

I have a question regarding backlinks.
I have quite a few coming to my site and many more that aren't picked up by the search engines.
They are all blogroll links from good sites.
The two in question are both PR7 - but the SE's don't seem to be seeing them.

The sites are:
climatedebatedaily.com
globaleconomicanalysis.blogspot.com

There are quite a few others as well - do you have any idea why this could be?
