I fyou subscribed to it, go to the top left of the user's toolbar above, and click on "User CP", then click on "Subscribed Threads"

If you know any of the keywords in the thread or thread title + any of the forum members that had posted in the same thread, you can search with the Advanced forum search.

no i open my subscribed threads and there is nothing ,it was very interesting with interesting people it was days ago

Did you reply in the thread? If so, go to your profile and view all posts you have made under the Statistics tab.
