It ok for you to ping of every page but do not ping the same URL in the same time.
Google will thought that you are trying to attack of spam.
Ping only for the purpose to aware Google to crawl your website.
When you feel that your website do not get crawl when content update, you can ping it.

Pinging all the links will not cause any harm, but it will not do much advantage as well. If you ping your homepage and some of the links then I guess you needn't worry about others
yes, yes, this is also my opinion.

I prefer to just let links get discovered naturally. Just my preference.

No. It’s better naturally. And some blogs automatically ping Google, so there is no need for that

Google won't find most of your links(unless your doing manual links and your only doing like 50 or something) profiles for example almost CERTAINLY need to be pinged. As far as blogs, none of them track crawls so you don't known which ones or when.

You need to ping your links and just put them on a scheduler at linklicious so that you KNOW all of them get crawled, when they got crawled and you can drip them out in a safe "natural looking" manner.

I prefer my sites to get indexed naturally. Or create an rss before pinging it.

let some of the backlinks get indexed by google..and you can ping the rest over time..
don't ping as soon as you build them..google will smell an auto-bot links and may sandbox you site
