Need to hire an SEO for help/advice

Hey guys

Im a local service provider and it might bem ore cost effective for me to hire someone for a short while to help rank a couple of local pages, im no expert but im not an idiot either im just lacking time lately.

So if anyone can recommend someone id be grateful. Ive looked in the for hire section but who do you trust ?

Usually your price will depend on the type of quality. Be sure to clarify exactly what type of work you need done. I can understand the lack of time. good luck in your search.

Thanks for the replies guys. The thing is, in my area- none of my competitors do any on or off page seo so competition should be easy. So i created a post on my site to rank for a keyword, it got to position 18 but would not move for months.

I added profile links, edu blasts etc not tons but enough to get it on the 1st page or so i thought. I had done correct on page seo for it, kw density around 2.5%, h tags etc but it made no difference at all!

I got my main kw to position 1 using profile and anchor text but since panda i think its all changed.

What advice do you recommend ?
