Default Posts or pages?

When targeting maybe 10 keywords with multiple longtails for each, is it better to make the 10 into pages (and would those 10 each be a category?) with posts under each or make the 10 into sticky posts with more posts under each?

Just a quick reply, I`m not sure there is a `better` google gives the same values to pages and posts they are both equal as far as i know i always build pages i always have if i can but i also have a few themes for my adsense sites from clickbump which use posts and they rank just as well as any page i`ve ever created.

"and would those 10 each be a category" you decide does each page deserve its own category.

To the sites that i build with pages i just stick to pages i dont use both page and posts i`m not sure what the benefits of adding both are although i have seen plenty of sites doing it so maybe there is but my sites do just fine with only pages so don`t get wrecking your brain too much about this 10 pages 1 page for the home page make it sticky and the rest are just added as simple pages.

Not sure if thats any help , Jim

I guess 10 post will be good, as generally the number of page in a are more than one page in a page. I guess you understood what I'm trying to say !

Since the release of Panda I believe it is best to just make 1 page about all of those keywords and section them off accordingly. Basically have 1 page with 10 different headline tags. Structure is everything in 2011 for SEO, that's my opinion but the old way of making many pages that are flimsy does not seem to cut it for me.
