DirectCPV and PPV Traffic

I'm pretty new to PPV but I've spent quite a bit of time using DirectCPV to slowly eat my first $100 deposit. I've quickly acknowledged that targeting individual pages instead of whole sites would be much more targeted. My only problem is that unless I'm targeting a page on a highly visited site, I don't receive any impressions.

My question is whether I would receive impressions for deep linking if I chose to upgrade to LeadImpact? What about Traffic Vance and Media Traffic?
