Why this site is number one in Google

Why this site: lainaa-heti dot info is and has been a long time on the top of google serps for the keyword "lainaa" which is competitive keyword here in Finland. The site has only a few (6) "worthless" backlinks. Domain Created On:26-Jan-2009.

There are a lot on other better sites on the net which are "optimized" with that keyword "lainaa" but they are far away from the top...

What's more interesting about that domain is, why do they have Google Sitelinks in their SERP description?

The site has 10 pages indexed in Google SERP, yet Google is treating it as an authority type site.

I see 16 backlinks in yahoo explorer, the highest PR backlink is a single PR2, so that's not doing much.

I think Andrei is right: Google can't handle all of those things. The best solution of problem is to create many sites and "seo" them for the keyword like "lainaa" and hope that at least one site will get good ranking in Google.

I have never care about keyword density, but maybe this is true...

That's wrong. Test yourself:

inurl:lainaa

returns that domain. There is no competitors there.

I don't know where you are but that command returns over 54000 hits/sites here in Finland. I think we are going the wrong way.

Alright. But those numbers are not real competitors. They are just the
found results and might not be necessarily competitors.
Check the sites also if you see any competitors specially in the first
and second page.

I see no competitor when using inurl:lainaa

Have you checked what I told in the previous posts?
"inurl:lainaa" query gives only two domain keyword match.

I'm talking about keyword match domain.

Type "a" in google box and press enter.
You get "25,270,000,000" results. Does it mean these
are competitors for keyword "a"?
These are just results reurned not competitors, nor companies.

I will have to agree with this comment completely!

I got into a niche about 6 months ago for a medium competitive business related term. And at the top of the SERPs for the main keyword I wanted to target was a thin site with 6 or 7, 200 word low quality posts. The site had like 20 uselss links pointing to it, and it had sitelinks in the SERPs.... Go figure!

Needless to say: I knocked that site off the 1st position fairly quickly.... now I'm waiting for my sitelinks

Here is the brief analysis for those domains. I used seo spyglass.
You can use whatever you prefer. The number of backlinks nicely
speeks out itself of what stress is in that niche.

Consider these things first!

Keyword in domain, title, description, Heading tag, bold, inlinks and in content!! They have used and based the information well for the word lainaa. I don't know what does "lainaa" means, but you can see content to keyword density is also high. It doesn't matter website have backlinks or not. If you type in allintile:lainaa and allinurl:lainaa in google.fi, that is not something very competitive.

Yes rahmanpaidar, there are not many (spammy) backlinks. I don't know what you mean. Do you think if I create a new lainaa-site and build 10000 (diversified) backlinks this site will climb to the top of Google and stay there a long time. I don't think so.

Yes, I think you're right. It's all about on-site optimization. Lainaa means loan.

Yes. It helps but not guaranteed. Google is unpredictable.
But I'm sure with that number of backlinks and at least 5 pages with
atleast 500 words, you will surpass them.

"lainaa" is keyword and not a word. So you need proper backlinks.
