Default Adsense alternatives?

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a suitable alternative to Adsense for contextual advertising for publishers?

We've checked a few ones: Infolinks, Chitika etc - but need a different alternative - ideally something with better contextual targeting and more image display ads.

In particular, we are looking for ad networks that can target India traffic.

In addition, also looking for an ad network that can place pay-per-click ads we can place on a vacation rental site, e.g. we don't want to see competitive ads but something related to travel, insurances, loans and that kind of stuff.

rgds,
J

The best I know is:

1. Chitika Online Advertising Network search targeted ads for your website, blog, mobile, app or local site
2. BidVertiser - Pay Per Click Advertising On Sites Of Your Choice.

Have yet to find one that pays anything close to Adsense, unfortunately...

Hey, this is Tammy from Infolinks. Our In-Text ads are a great alternative or supplement to AdSense. Our publishers find that the combination of both is actually the best combination for optimized monetization. If you have any questions about Infolinks please don't hesitate to contact us at suport(at)infolinks(dot)com.

Happy blogging,

Tammy

I agree, there is no alternative to adsense. No other can match the adsense high payouts.

In my opinion there is no good alternative of gogole adsense because the revenue sharing rate of adsense is much higher than other PPC programs.

You are all right that adsense is the best...but think about the people that cannot get a adsense account so for them alternatives are a good option...

Honestly, I think adsense is the best for what you are looking for. Why dont you try yahoo and msn ad networks. I guess those are pretty close to adsense in respect to what you are looking for

Nobody read the original post. Many of those things mentioned
are just not prudent for "target traffic in India." Funny how
the OP evens mentions needing something other than chitika
(and infolinks)....exactly....

Good luck with that one.

Paul

I Guess Adbrite is because they also pay good money and 5$ is the lowest pay out there but one thing i found wrong about it is they dont show relevant ads to your blog : (

Hi we recently launched our Ad network based on the maxcpm platform, it works consistently optimizing the ecpm yields for you & the advertiser 24/7. Normally an Ad Network is either solely Pay Per Click(PPC) or Cost Per Action(CPA). What sets us apart from most other networks is how we "look out" for the interests of both the Advertiser & the Publisher.
Our network is a PPC & CPA hybrid returning maximum profit for both the Advertiser & Publisher. Meaning our Ad Optimizing technology works daily to return increasing conversion for both parties.
Essentially the technology involved continuously Rotates & Tests Ads while Rotating & Testing landing pages too. Performances are automatically scored by the system after each days close. Lower scored Ads are then replaced each day by higher scored ads.
The "intelligence" of our system takes care of the testing and tracking Publishers normally need to do for themselves. If your interested about learning more classifiedmedia or anyone else looking for a good alternative then check out Crimson Cash Ad Network
