Adsense clicks with zero revenue

Does anyone know what causes these?!

I`ve had 3 clicks with zero revenue on a couple of my sites this week. Spotted some in the past, but 3 in a week!!!

Maybe they are invalid click...

I have adsense on 2 of my sites, one is with 2 clicks and the other with 2 click as well... the first one pay and second one $0.00 lol... maybe its due to the low traffic? my site that pays have 1k+ impression whereby the $0.00 one have like 24 impression.
