I hadn't heard of this one before. It's only free for some limited use apparently, but it is kind of neat. I tested it on a group of 300 keywords, it took a couple of minutes, and produced a few nice groups.

You then email it to yourself. So, not bad, especially if you're looking for down-and-dirty groups so you don't have to do it yourself by hand.
