adsense is blocking me again and again

adsense is blocking me everytime i creat a new account in adsense.
please help

It sounds like you have been banned from AdSense. They don't ban websites or accounts, they ban people, and it appears that you are the person that was banned.

You can get denied if you don't have any legitimate sites with content. In that case, create a good looking site with original content.

If you had an account in the past and have been banned try opening a new account under the name of your spouse. However, you'll need to use different mailing address, different bank account, different IP address and certainly don't put the ads from new account on the old sites where you previously had adsense. Only use it on new sites you create from that point on.
