|  My adsense mini site is making avarage $1.8/day. How much I can sell this?
Hy, One of my adsense site is making $1.8/day profit. But I want to flip this site. All traffic is from google search. So could you tell me How much i can expect if i sell this site. Thanks in advance |

Basically you can flip any site at 10x monthly income. You can show 2-3 months average earnings and flip it.

Usually you can sell it 5x -8x your monthly profit.. Hope it can help you.. |

If you're planning on selling, the more data you've got about the site for prospects, the better. Track your site income over time (I'd do a weekly graph showing upward growth if your site is still young, or monthly sales if at least several months old). You should also track your rankings from starting rank through current rank, so they have a good idea of where they'll rank for your primary keywords. And lastly, know your traffic numbers and how you are monetizing it. If you want to get a good idea of what to put together for flipping it, check out some of the more expensive sites or repeat sellers on Flippa.com and see how they lay them out for sale. Then have the same kind of data available for your site. |

If everything is spot on in terms of traffic, earnings, rankings, marketability, etc., and you list it at the right time on Flippa, with a good sales pitch and proof of earnings, complete and honest explanations, and the whole 9 yards, with a good site, you can actually get 14-16 months' worth of income; I did it quite a few times. Which in your case would be around $800.
