Default Rate My Backlinking Strategy

Hi, I've been researching about backlinks, and I've learned that diversity is key. After a lot of thinking, I came up with the plan below. Now note that my budget is really tight, and I can't outsource too many tasks. Time is limited on my side as well.

Backlinks done ONCE per site:
  • Press Release
  • 1-2 YouTube Videos
  • Manual Social Bookmarking (~20 bookmarks)
Backlinks done MONTHLY per site:
  • 250-300 High PR Profile Links
  • 4 Unique Quality Articles published to ezine
  • Spun Articles (~40 articles) manually submitted to top AD's
  • Mass Automatic Article Submission (1k+ spun articles)
Backlinks done DAILY per site:
  • Relevant Blog Commenting
  • .edu & .gov backlinks
  • Stealing Competitors' Backlinks
All Tier 1 backlinks are backlinked by mass blog commenting.

Note: This is a rough average estimation.

Expected number of high quality backlinks per site each month: 30
Expected number of regular quality backlinks per site each month: 300
Expected number of low quality backlinks per site each month: 500

So what kind of backlinks do I get in the long run?
  1. Relevant Contextual Backlinks
  2. High PR Profile Links
  3. Press Release - Article Syndication
  4. Video Marketing
  5. Social Bookmarking
  6. Article Marketing
  7. .edu and .gov
Please comment.

Thanks.

Completely dependent upon how difficult the keywords you're trying to rank are.

I am now taking on full-time SEO clients. PM me for more information.

Few things to note:

How do you plan on indexing your "low quality links"?

Do you plan on setting up any linkwheels and then linking to them?

Whats your strategy for high PR homepage links?

The above looks like a good start. Always remember to test/tweak based on your results as well.

After the recent changes in google ranking algorithms, getting links from similar themed sites is the way to go. In that direction, homepage backlinks are currently the most sought-after means of getting good backlinks to your website.

The key to getting ranked is finding out how many backllinks your competiton has and then building more links. I use the following model to find out how many links i need in order to get ranked above the competiton.
1. Google your keyword and copy the link of the person in spot one.
2. paste the link into google search and add link: in front of the url.
3. at the end of the URL put /and the keyword behind it (The Link should look like this)

link:http://www.goodlinks.com/backlink

4. If they have optimized their site the right way it will show how many links they have built for that specific keyword
5. Proceed to build 30% more links than your competition and you will outrank them in one to two weeks

I hope this helps... On a side not. Link type diversity is key along with keyword diversity and more importantly you need to be building links using different Class C. IP Clusters. Google can tell where the links are being generated from and if you are the only one building links it will look like you are link spamming. A good idea is to use ODesk or Backlinkteam as you will have link builders building links from seperate IP Address and you can get links built for 1 to 2 dollars an hour. Anyone can afford that! Also, Deeplink each page with a specific keyword to each page!
