How much would you pay on average for a professional website?

Very tough question as a variety of factors come into play, such as how many pages, whos creating the content, images, etc.

For a "mid range", I'd say $1,000 is plenty for a half way decent website based on a common CMS like Wordpress.

Again though, it can range from $XXX - $XXX,XXX depending on the questions I asked above.

Are you talking a MFA micro niche site or a fully coded clone of Google here? If you want realistic answers, you need to give realistic details, and lots of them.

The website would have content provided by the business who wants the website, it would have 5-8 pages, html,xhtml,css...for example, something like http://onebrick.org.uk/en .How much would you pay for that exact site for example ?
