Iam just confuse how many effective way to get top in google. Is google pagerank is also responsible for that.

Page rank has to do with some of it but there are also other contributing factors:
such as back links to your post,as well as the set up of your actual blog for seo optimization, eg using plugins such as all in one seo ,digg digg, xml site map to help to optimize your site.
There are also other factors such as keyword usage ,ensuring it is in your title,url, post body 1 for every 100 words as well as in the tags and category.
All of the factors above will go along way in helping you achieve a top page rank on Google.I'm sure there are more that the other members can add

I completely agree with you but also would like to advice you to do a quality content as you bookmark your content to social network sites.

Certainly not... There are so many things that contribute in increasing your web rankings and PR is NOT one of them.

There are ton of websites on the Internet having good PR but not everyone has good web rankings.

For improving your rankings, you need to work on the three aspects of your website
- Quality of content
- Quality of backlinks
- Social media reputation

PR definitely IS a factor to your rankings, along with 100s if not 1000s of other factors.

There are many different onpage factors such as page age, page rank, meta tags, internal linking, use of images, etc. that are factors for your rankings.

There are also lots of offpage factors such as link building through articles, press release, blogs, social media, etc etc (the list goes on).

Fresh and unique content is also a big factor more than ever these days.

Pagerank does matter in google. Usually more higher pagerank website can easily findable in google search engine. So this is the effective way. I did that personally in my website tips4shopping.com. I just purchase package from backlinkhelp.com. Within 1 year my pagerank is improve up to 4 and also i notice increase of traffic. So i can say with my personal experience that pagerank does matter in search engine.

There are some websites that have zero pr rankings but have high SE rankings with the same targeted keyword of the competitor site that has pr rankings of 5. As you can see that pr is not only the basis but only a part of it.

Take some tool to peep competitors words. Lots of good tips here. You should start with good solid content. The natural way to be to create good content and people will want to link to it. However, if you want to speed that up you can do articles submission, directories, blog comments, social bookmarking, etc.

Page rank has littlle or nothing to do with top rank in google. Just get loads of dofollow backlinks and you're good to go.

Thanks for all your suggestion. As per all comments backlinks is not all but can be major factor. Now i already had covered quality Content and On Page Optimization. But i also loved to have my website high pagerank. So any suggestion. One of comment suggest that backlinkhelp.com is good in that. But how much time it will take to improve my website pagerank

I certainly agree...these are really effective ways to increase your traffic and top in search engines like Google. However, because of the Google update, you have to be very careful with your content. It must have to be really useful and relevant to your niche and the content must have great QUALITY for it to top

PR contribute very less in fact just an iota of contribution in improving your SERP rankings.
You see, you need quality backlinks to improve your PR and this is also one major factor in improving SERP of your website.
There are huge chances that with a good link building campaign you can improve your SERP rankings but not PR and vice-a-versa.
