What happened with PageRank? Is it update?

PageRank of my blog:
June 27, 2011: PR2 -> PR3
last three days: PR3 -> PR2

Whats happened?

I didn't noticed anything and it definitely strange... If Google changes Pagerank for a website between periods its just for penalizing to Pagerank 0, but not for Pagerank 2!
