The title says everything. I just want to use a software that can build tier 2 and tire 3 backlinks automatically using my given keywords. Can anyone help me......?

Do you mean tier? Most automated link building software can do that if you tell it where to point.

Hmmm I guess Scrapebox. Backlink your backlinks with blog commenting.

Exactly what types of links do you want to build?

and many others. It really depends on the types of links you want to build.

I have 12 onlywire, 12 ping.fm, 8 pixelpipe accounts with different social networking accounts. I usually use these 300+ web 2.0 sites for indexing my backlinks and building layer 2 backlinks.

Now I just want to mix tier 2 and 3 backlinks by using forum profiles/posts and blog comments with web 2.0 backlinks.

Thus I need forum profile and post backlinks and blog comment backlinks.
