What is the tool that you use to find your adsense cost per click keywords.

That really depends on the keyword popularity.... If there are more bidders for the certain words, it will be worth more! Anyway, lately WordStream made a study about the most expensive AdWords keywords (which is the Adsense advertiser). You can read my review about it in Most Expensive PPC Keywords.

I look words and the CPC in semrush.

Personally I use the Adwords Keyword tool to get a good benchmark of what advertisers are paying for keywords within respective industries: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
