Using video to get to number one?

I have been doing SEO for a while now, but video SEO is still uncharted territory for me. I have heard you can use video to get to no. 1, how is this done?

Hi,
I think it is because sites like youtube have a high Google page rank (youtube pr9).

So if you submit a video with a link back to your website, this will help your website to improve on Google.

P.S. If you have not made a video before, you can make one using an article using Powerpoint, then converting it to video using softwre from www.leawo.com
