will changing whois info effect pr rank

Hi,

i wanted to change a 2 domains whois info!

i wanted to change them from my personal name to my limited company name! the address will remain the same!

will this effect:

1. my pr rank? (which has just increased to PR2)

2. My rankings (again just got page 1 raking for my main keywords)

its took me a year to get were i need to be so dont want this change to effect the website in anyway
