buying edu/gov backlinks

has anybody done this? what was your opinion? did it seem to work?
I stumble across a post here with this link: getedubacklink dot com

they sell backlinks. If there are better ones, please let me know. I have no problem paying good money for quality links

I'd recommend buying them from Warriors For Hire - You can read
what people have to say about their service.

Just some food for thought.
