Can I spin my unique articles which I hired someone to write for me in my blog into SEOLinkvine

I heard that you can do that after a week to make sure that google visited your website and indexed your contents so you are not competing against yourself , is that true ?

if I can spin my articles after when I can really spin them ??

You can spin your Article content but it is not meaning full because as per Google Panda Algorithm you can use only Single content in a site, also you can’t spin that content for submitting in more sites, in short you require more articles for Making Article Submission.
