Help me in managing link submissions

Hi,

Is there any addon, tool or website where i can manually record all my submissions and get report periodically?? i am struggling to get report of all my submissions. Please help me with this.

I would advice after the latest penguin don't use any automated software to build mass links, you site could be penalized as mine did.
