Anyone Know How to Customize the Title Tags of Categories in Wordpress?

Anyone know how to change the title tags of Categories in Wordpress? I want to change the titles so that it is better optimized? How can I do this? I'm using Platinum SEO plugin but I can't find how to customize it.

You probably need to expand the "Screen Options". In the upper right corner click on the screen options and check "Custom Settings" (I think). Then you'll be able to add the tags under the post/page.
