Confused about google ranking

I am ranking # 3 in google.com for a keyword with 12k Exact searches per month. How much traffic i should expect?

Also there is another keyword which has 2.5 k exact searches per month and i am sitting on #1, #2, # 3 positions..what kind of CTR i should get?

I have web master tool installed. I will try to explore that.

I tried to find the keyword rankings in google with Rank Tracker & few other online tools. I am getting different results..

Can you please check the ranking for bannersmall.com in google for the keyword " Banner Designs " ?

Does having heavy traffic guaranteed large income?

since I am a beginner here and haven't really done much in the way of IM business. I t would seem to me after much research and study, that your conversion rate is more important than traffic rate in the beginning. For a couple of reasons, browser's are not buyers, all the traffic in the world is not worth anything if nobody is buying your product. Secondly, if you have a great niche site and it had very good content that is compelling to the buyer then higher traffic rates are king.

I cannot tell exactly..so I think you should try webmaster tools to know about CRT and all other information about your site...

most ctr is in top 3 spots also it depends if you are 3# in usa canada or were.
