Autoblogging and SEO

I only have 1 blog on which I run autoblogging. I do not really monetise that website that much as I have websites which are more important to me.

Would you guys say that your wp site would be affected by autoblogging when it comes to SEO? How does autoblogging actually work? Where does the content come from? And does the same article go to more websites? I use a plugin for that particular site.
