If 2 websites haav same whois selling same services get penalised by google

hi guys,

just after some advice!

basically i have 2 domains on different ips! but they have the same whois info!

the 2 sites sell the same services. e.g finance!

my question is will google pick up it the same company and penalise both sites! they both completely different sites with no links to each other!

I guess no. This is not crime and nor against Google TOS.
Unless you violate TOS.
