IP of Visitors who Click on Ads

Hi Guys, Is the IP of visitors who click on ads we also affects the CPC should we get?

Hi Johndiaz,

Yes, IP address matters. Advertisers are allowed to define specific areas that their ad will display. So if your visitor is from an IP address that originates from a city or area that has a lot of competing advertisers then the CPC will tend to be higher, however if the visitor's IP originates from an area where there are few advertisers targeting you will tend to have much lower CPC.

Yes clicks from countries such as India and Asia seem to have a much lower CPC then clicks from countries like USA and Canada.

Thanks dburk for nice clarification , I too was having same question as some days my cpc good value and on other days not that good.
