I see even if you are targeting half the planet as countries, your reach is only 25k because of the interests. And your image is great too. since your fan page is in english, have you set it to go only to people that know english? I guess that would be important as well. Also what was the facebook suggested bid range and with how much you started? |

Suggested bid: 0.43 - 0.83 USD I started CPM at 0.65 and then dropped it to 0.07 CPC after I had a few clicks.

I've been experimenting recently with arbitrage sending Adcenter traffic to a website on car insurance. I've been buying car insurance search traffic (e.g "car insurance quotes") and local car insurance terms for as little as 1p per click on Adcenter search and getting CTR's in excess of 25%. I get the traffic cheap by bidding 0.35p per click, but they only charge me usually 1p for every click, sometimes 2p. Doing this I can turn £1 on Adcenter into £30 in Adsense earnings as the Adsense clicks I get average £1.60. First time I tried this I turned 30p into £9 in an evening which is quite a ROI. It's risky so I wouldn't recommend it as a way of making a long term income online. |

I'm talking about MSN Adcenter. I've never tried Facebook. I get high CTR's as I place an ad link (728x15) under the title, then 2 paragraphs of text followed by a text ad block (728x90) followed by a couple more paragraphs then another text ad block (728x90) at the bottom of the page. Some days my CTR's exceed 50%.

![]() for me 300x250 right under the title on the left of the article, text wrapped by the article seems to work best so far, and i've tested many. The link units, does it count the 1st or 2nd click for the CTR?

I'm not sure but I think it's the 1st click.

I really enjoyed reading the last posts in this thread, it shows that when people TRY what they read about on this forum and perhaps change slightly the original idea (even perhaps at times making it better) they can SUCCEED. Such people are millionaires in the making... they are not whining all the time about how difficult something is to implement, and how impossible it is to making money, about how google will not love you anymore if you do this and that!! Well done to everyone who has taken initiative and tried it for themselves, and hope you get rewarded for your efforts. |

alyonafrendo you're a pretty smart cookie and a very generous one too. I really appreciate the money making tips you share with us here. Will try very hard to implement this method and see if I can make coin with it. Keep up the good work.

If facebook ads is used to get traffic to an adsense page, how will Google know it?If this(FB Ads) gives user a bad experience, should Facebook be the one to worry? Why Google? I'm a newbie, just try to understand the logic. Thanks
