Best Way to Whip Up Effective PPC Landing Pages?

What is the best way to create good PPC landing pages easily? I know there's a lot changing rules for this lately with so many accounts being banned in adwords so I just wanted to get more insight on this. I've been more so doing SEO, but would like to get more into PPC for faster profit - and I understand that the landing pages have to be structured a specific way in the PPC game, and some a different one for each campaign. So any way to do these fast, easily and effectively would be appreciated, thanks.

P.S. I don't know if I'll be fooling with Adwords with all the horror stories that I've heard, but probably other PPC networks.
