What is the best way to make site-map

There are so many places. Just search generate sitemap.xml in google and you will get tons of sites which just take your URL and generate the sitemap.xml for you which you can download to your computer and ultimately to the server or your site's root directory.

It is very simple and 5 minute job.

If you're using Wordpress then there is a plugin that will do the work for you. It will update the sitemap and push it to SE everytime you publish the content. You can search it by "google xml sitemap generator".
If you're not using WP then you can simply go to xml-sitemap(dot)com and create your website sitemap.

I too agree with above comments that XML-sitemaps is one of the best site to generate XML Sitemaps.. You can create up to 500 pages in xml format using this site.. and best of all it is free to use..
