Nothing to worry SEO...I thing SEO is a one of the good way of marketing in online and SEO is a easy or difficult to your selection keywords or base on your competitors .. Your competitors level low or normal easy to get or listing the keywords on Google or If your selection keywords very difficult then you will make some seo technic after that follow it ....
SEO is not an exact science it is hard to master it and no one can totally say that they can rank their site at the first page of Google for a certain period of doing SEO and maintain it there.

If you want to break it down to the details (over 200 signals) SEO is extremely complex but if you just want to do the basics then its easy...

Hi, It is totally depends upon your knowledge because at start it is really hard to have rank on Google but if you are aware if things then it is really easy.
